Discover The Knee Pain Success Story That Could Soon Be Your Own

Have you begun to lose hope that your knee pain when bending will just become part of your routine, just like brushing your teeth or having lunch?

Well, you'd be wrong!

So many of our patients had almost given up entirely on ever being free from knee pain and getting back to enjoying the things they love before starting physical therapy.

Often it's not until you have grandchildren and you are thrust with a little energetic bundle of joy that you realize just how much your physical health has started to deteriorate.

But don't stress, there is hope for you and a future free from knee pain not just for you but for your grandkids, so they can start seeing grandma and or grandad's fun side.

Don't believe me?

Well, don't take my work for it. This blog will showcase one of our previous patients Cathy and her experience with knee pain when bending and most importantly how she got results she never expected.

"My Experience With Knee Pain When Bending"

"I have had chronic pain in my knees for over a year due to Osteoarthritis. This made using stairs and getting up and down from a chair extremely painful. By the end of some days, I was in so much pain that it made it difficult to use the stairs or get into my second-floor apartment."

Sound familiar?

We have seen so many people come to our clinic and describe months or sometimes even years of putting up with agonizing pain just to make it through another day. Terrified of missing work or missing a commitment that they are willing to put their body on the line.

Cathy went on to say...

"I had tried injections, but they only lasted a couple of weeks. The pain was so debilitating at times that it was difficult to play with my grandchildren on the weekends. I had no quality of life and thought this was how I was going to have to spend the rest of my life."

It's no surprise so many people begin to lose all hope of a life without pain. With most doctors prescribe painkillers or injections that only offer short-term relief, treating only the symptoms rather than the root cause.

For many, the joys of life come from the little things, playing with the grandkids on a Sunday for example, and for Cathy, those things began to feel like fantasy.

Luckily Cathy was referred to physical therapy by a doctor...

"A co-worker recommended I try Roscoe Physiotherapy Co... and I am SO glad I did. They were able to get the inflammation down and under control in my knees. They then began to strengthen my legs and back muscles to give my knees the support they need... They also showed me the right way to get up and sit down, and walk up steps to take the pressure off my knees."

With the power of physical therapy, Cathy not only had her pain treated in the short term but was shown ways of preventing further flare-ups and injuries in the future.

Cathy's treatment went on to completely change her view on life and a future she didn't think was possible for herself...

"I now know that I do not have to live with chronic pain. With the right treatment, you can have a fulfilling life... that's what Dr. Roscoe and his staff have given me. A friend told me that I 'Have my joy back' and she is right. Where it was almost impossible to walk very far due to pain, I am now walking a few miles and a 5K soon. My biggest joy is that I am able to play with my grandchildren again. Thanks to Roscoe Physiotherapy I will not have to live with pain, because that is not living!"

So those who believe "Why bother I'll never treat my pain" only have to look to Cathy's story to understand that even in the most difficult situations there is hope for you and your pain and for a better future for you and your family.

Even those with a total knee replacement, have found success post-surgery. A past patient of ours Marlene, struggled enormously after surgery and felt like running was a thing of the past, but this video taken just a few months after surgery, not after starting physical therapy, AFTER SURGERY shows otherwise...

She NEVER thought she would be able to do something like this, but after receiving post-surgical rehab from our expert physio team, she's now feeling better than ever!

Surely there can be no doubters left?
